They will scam you at this location! Took my package into this location. Gave them the address asked for the shipping rate they gave me the rate. I informed my customer. When they went to do the label the rate increased substantially with in less than 5 minutes.

I received a call that my package address needed to be corrected. I have made four phone calls to what I believe is a call center in the Philippines and talked to lovely people who have updated the information yet the package has not moved from Idaho falls. I have not heard from a representative from Idaho falls. The package originated in New York with multiple stops and somehow Idaho falls does not understand the delivery address. I have made multiple attempts to clarify it via a representative over the phone because the app and the website links do not allow me to change the address despite saying they will. If someone from Idaho falls could actually contact me it would be much appreciated.

Things left out in my driveway in front of my garage. i am 75 year old woman who lives in the country. I have no way to lift the boxes up to my porch let alone in the weather. Is it too much to see that packages are delivered to covered area closer go the front door? It used to be that way. UPS delivers to my door.

Left 3 packages in a row in the rain instead of 4 feet away under a covered porch. How lazy can you possibly be as a driver? This lazy. He needs to step up 8 inches and one stride to do it correctly.
