“My friend and I went to Odell's to buy a new recliner for her husband who is a big guy and needed a sturdy chair the sales person was knowledgeable and knew where all the different models were. My friend chose a specific model and sat in it. She tested out the left for the footrest in one model. Across the aisle there was the same model in a different color. She sat in that and noticed the footrest went higher. She asked " why does this one go higher than the same model across the way?". Is the other one broken?" To which the sales person replied "no, they just are different.". I don't know if she was right or wrong.". Maybe she should have offered to have someone look at it. I just don't know.But, my friend bought the model that didn't go up as high because it went with her decor. So, in the whole it was a good experience and my friend had it delivered for Christmas. The chair looks nice and her husband is satisfied. That is all that really matters.”
