“This is the place to work your body. I am currently pregnant with my second and love the movement. My last class was a strength set from the lovely Lisa. I have been coming to the Jazzercise studio in Idaho Falls over 4 years now. It has been great for starting out, both of my pregnancies, and when I really wanted to push my body to the limits. The instructors are wonderful and willing to help with where you are. I can’t say enough good things about Jazzercise in Idaho Falls!!”

“Good sized pool! Easy to swim laps in. I often have the pool to myself. There is also a hot tub and a sauna. The wall for the room where the pool is a wall of windows, so you can see out onto the gym floor. The pool is an even 4 foot across the whole way.
They also have swimming lessons available.
There are racquetball courts and a spinning room.”
“We came from a well known gym in CA(had girls in several olympics), when we were moving, our coach recommended we come here....so we did.We have zero regrets!! Yuliya is an amazing coach that loves the girls! My daughter is happy, she was accepted and treated well by the team and all coaches. They take her injuries seriously(moreso than she would like sometimes-lol). The facility is amazing, they even have a rod floor(this was a big deal to the coaches at our CA gym, they were so happy for my kiddo that she had such top notch equipment, its all greek to me, but just know your kids will have the best of the best here). No matter what our future holds, Idaho Elite will always be a part of our gymnastics life!!I don't think the people of Idaho Falls realize how lucky they are to have a coach of Yuliya's caliber here!!”
“Great place for kids to participate in sports and learn a variety of sports. Sometimes it can be tough to find a parking spot though. I’d love to see a couple more benches added for seating during the games too.”
“I joined and Austin (I'm hoping I got his name right), was very patient and answered all questions. It was my first visit there. I told him what I thought i was wanting (weight loss, toning, lose some belly fat, get fit) and he showed me the circuit training equipment, how to use it, how to adjust it, c recommended starting reps, etc. EXCELLENT 1:1 service for a newby!”

“CrossFit AMROCK is my 3rd CrossFit gym and I am finally understanding the term “CrossFit Family”. After being at multiple other gyms I can confidently say that AMROCK crosses off all of the boxes. The owners, Rocky and Andrea are so genuine, kind and invested in their members. The coaches have been amazing with form correction and are very approachable. Each of the members has been welcoming and even gone out of their way to get to know us (myself and my husband) on a deeper level. Everyone in the gym is encouraging and I’m continuously impressed by the thought that is put into these workouts. I appreciate the time that Rocky and Andrea have taken to help answer any and all of our questions, their thoughtful check-ins and knowledges they’ve shared. I am so happy that I have found somewhere to call home! ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
