When searching for a gym i was not wanting to sign a contract or pay a insane monthly cost, but Kendal is very reasonable and the gym is by far best bang for buck. I called the gym a week before I had to come down to IF for some wrk related training . The owner was great on the phone . Answered my questions and in person is a very knowledgeable guy to be In the gym with .The equipment was perfect . Next time I have a chance i will for sure stop by . Great gym! Great ppl !

Best gym in town. Kendall is the best trainer also. He knows the science of the body and has a ton of experience. Love this place
