“This is for the Idaho falls office. We moved into a new house and chose Sparklight Fiber. The first installation tech no called no showed. Not sure if it was a sparklight tech or contractor. I followed up with sparklight, whose send a contractor out, but he was a broadband tech, and could it help. Two days later, fiber finally installed. It was intermittent for a week, finally dying completely on a Friday. Called sparklight and they said they will send someone out Sunday. Sunday, while waiting for the tech, I walked out my front door and found a door hanger sorry we missed you. No knock or call, as were promised by customer service. Called back, explained the door hanger and sparklight sent a tech out Sunday afternoon. Again a broadband tech, and could not do anything. I was past flustered at this point, and went to the sparklight office here in Idaho Falls. Field supervisor Jeff was very understanding and expressed his apologies, saying our ticket would be the highest priority to be assigned that day. Junior came out, but was not able to fix the problem, but was very communicative with me about getting someone out here later this afternoon. Dallon H arrived and was quickly able to fix the problem. Then stayed to ensure our network was working. It wasn’t. Dallon took the time to go through the whole network, and discovered a bad modem as well and replaced it. I am very impressed with Jeff, Junior and Dallon. They listened to my concerns and were communicating with me, and fixed the issue. Thank you to all of them.”
