Many customers have been members for many years, even decades, through previous mergers, and report consistently exceptional service. The credit union is noted for its awesome online banking ease, excellent fraud protection, and timely and efficient problem resolution. They are willing to help within guidelines and are recommended for both young adults and adults. Some frustration exists due to branch closures, which requires longer drives for some members and causes concern about the credit union's future expansion. However, the team members at remaining locations, like the one on Sunnyside, are noted as great. Customers trust the credit union with all their monetary needs and would recommend it to anybody looking to open an account.
I love this credit Union. Justin was so pleasant to work with. He helped me with the app and showed me how to use my phone for purchases. I didn’t feel rushed or not important. I also like the way the credit union is structured on the inside very welcoming atmosphere. Thanks best bank i have used
