They don't want customers. Every time I call they won't help unless you are a contractor and have a license even to buy a pump.

They don’t have what you need and think they know better than you do. guy sold parts for 10 years never seen or heard of a 5/8th liquid dryer a very common part on HVAC/R equipment.

I'm a septuagenarian and this store is the rudest most hateful place of business I have ever seen! They appear joyful to NOT be able to provide a part. It's a truly pitiful place! I wish them luck, but how horrible!
