“Very impressed with the service we recently received on a vacuum that we purchased from them several years ago. The vacuum had a couple minor things that needed to be fixed. The vacuum company had stopped making that particular model of vacuum that we own. However, that did not stop them from fixing it. They still had some parts left over that they used to fix it and did not charge us anything! It's amazing how they stand behind the products which they sell and are great at customer satisfaction!”

“Easily found what I was looking for. The locations are well marked. The store was clean and well organized, considering that it was days after Christmas. The only problem appeared to be staffing at the checkout. There were 6 customers in the checkout line, and only one clerk was at the registers/customer service. This created excessively long times to make a small purchase. In my case, it was almost 15 minutes. I was just about ready to walkout when another clerk arrived.”

“I had gotten to the point I was BEYOND frustrated with the tension on my surger. I was done messing with it and knew it was something simple and user error but I didn't want to mess with it anymore after having threaded and un-threaded it so many times. I brought it in to Jones Sewing Vac while I was in IF for something else and they plugged it in and cleaned the tension disc in the one I was having problems with and boom.... Fixed! UGH! ? I knew it was something simple I just didn't want to deal with it anymore. All they wanted from me was a Google Review which I was SO happy to do. I went back after an appt and bought some material. Even found the funnest material my daughter told me I could NOT make a skirt out of.... lol but we shall see ?”
