“Have used them twice now and they are very helpful. The first time, I brought my sewing/embroidery machine in as I couldn't get the needle inserted into the machine. They had to replace a part as the needle bent it (do not know the name of the part). No charge and very nice about the whole ordeal. The second issue was that I hadn't used the machine in quite awhile and didn't remember which way to insert the needle. I was still learning the machine. Therefore, I did not remember which way (when changing) the needle was to be inserted. My bad, was inserting the needle in backwards. The owner and his employee were very pleasant and very helpful, again. Plan on going to a class they are offering as I need to learn this machine. Highly recommend them!”

“Went in looking for a foot massaging machine. The guy at the front desk, Ray Barela was super helpful and helped me pick out the best one for me and my price range. I recently had to go back because the machine malfunctioned, And they were so awesome about returning the machine and getting me a brand new one. And making sure it worked before I left. They even called me back after a couple days to make sure that the one I had was working!! Amazing ownership and employees!”
