No one came to attend me, I walked up to them multiple times for sizing and each time they were all on their phones, not even acknowledging me up until I said something. Not the greatest customer service as also I had done an exchange and at the end of the checkout, the lady named Shaniya didn’t bother to put my shoes back into my bag, she stayed quiet and didn’t even greet me out.

I went looking for another pair of Hey Dude's and went to three stores in the Mall and nobody approached me to assist me until I walked i to Journeys and Victoria came straight up to help me and even ordered the pair I wanted all in about 7 minutes. Thank you for the great service

I went into Journey's looking for some gym shoes and Jada helped me find the perfect pair! She was very knowledgeable and courteous. She didn't get inpatient getting me box after box of shoes when I was having difficulty making up my mind. She is truly an asset to your business. Thank you.

I went in for some black work shoes and Jada helped me find the perfect ones. They happened to be on sale which was a huge bonus. I ended up buying more than I originally went in for because of the fantastic customer service. I most certainly will be back

The assistant manager Jada is not a good person to work with. Sure she may be great to the customers but NOT the employees. When confronted about how she was treating me it got worse. I wouldn’t want to work for this journeys again as long as Jada is there.

I was in this store and got excellent service from Madi while I was there there was another staff member in there named Brooke and she sat on her phone giving nasty looks to people that entered the store, she refused to get up and help them and looked at her phone the whole time when Madi had asked for her to help she got up and went in the back. I've been here many times and I'm surprised she is still working here she is rude and disrespectful. I will be taking my business some where else.

I was super impressed with Brooke and her customer service! She helped me decide on a couple pair of shoes and had me try on several pairs to make sure they fit correctly! It was by far the best customer service I have received in the store!

Lady at the front was very rude and didn't great me or my family at all. Tried to pick out shoes but was OPENLY confused. I finally picked up the thing to measure my foot. The shoes I wanted were unisex and the size I thought I was wasn't fitting. She DID NOTHING TO HELP JUST STOOD AND STARED. I asked her for smaller sizes and she tells me they don't have them. Then stares, doesn't ask if I'd like to try another pair. Doesn't ask how else she can help. Just stares then walked away. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced here. This happened yesterday. She didn't have a smile on her face nor did she look very friendly. Looked like she had a sour look on her face the whole time.

The manager is on some sort of power trip. I returned some shoes and went back to purchase them again and wasn’t allowed to because they were now on sale. When I initially ordered the girl who helped me didn’t apply my reward coupon so I just wanted to return and repurchase with my reward however since the day I went in they were now running a sale they wouldn’t let me rebuy them. I sent my husband to purchase them literally a few minuetes later and “they were misplaced and out of stock” Just turned around and ordered online. Wait times were crazy. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for high quality customer service.

This place is Awsome! I was in there just last week while I was in there the staff was very helpful the girl working was trying to help someone with headphones in and the lady yelled at her saying to leave her alone she was listening to music some of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves especially when they work in customer service!

We love this store. It’s one of the only good shoe stores left in the area. That being said, they way corporate makes the employees get on their knees for customers to help try on shoes is extremely uncomfortable, old fashioned, and out of touch with current customer wants. It’s creepy and unnecessary. Stop making them do that.
