Have been having issues with 2 of our phones since January and it seems like it is taking forever to be able to get the issue fixed. I have tried calling the Broadway store location and every time I call no one answers the phone.

Today I went into the store to make a payment on a phone. Anna was working. I just want to say Anna was delightful. I really enjoyed my interactions with her. Thanks T-Mobile for employing a fantastic soul like Anna.
