Upgraded my speakers and amp. They even used my old lids so I didn’t have to buy new lids from Harley.
Scott is super knowledgeable, and they carry the 1000 watt amp where the Harley dealer only carries the 500w.
If you want your audio to be louder than your bike check them out.”

“I went in with some questions and ideas of how I wanted to correct some issues with the audio in my 2021 Ram 2500 Cummins Laramie. This this pickup came factory equipped with the Alpine Audio system. I had tried to retrofit a previous set up from my Ford.

No room for the sub. I wanted to go back to the 8” setup from the Apline system but upgrade the sub and keep my amp.
After explaining my situation I was immediately guided to the solution. It could have been a quick solution but I wanted make sure. I believe I was working with the owner (wish I remembered his name🤦♂). I asked a million questions and he answered them all. Even went out and sat in my pickup with me to hear what I was dealing with. He then took me in and let me run my music through their display with the subs he had suggested. I finally acquiesced and purchased what he suggested 5 minutes into our visit.
I just finished the install, complete with the enclosure corrections that were suggested. The audio system is PERFECT! Phase 4 knows what they are doing. Please trust them with all of your audio needs. I am so glad I took the time to go from Pocatello to Idaho Falls and give Phase 4 the chance to beat the pants off YouTube and ChatGPT. Nothing compares to in person, human expertise. THANK YOU!! I’ll be back (ha!). But seriously, THANK YOU. I highly recommend these guys.”

“Easily found what I was looking for. The locations are well marked. The store was clean and well organized, considering that it was days after Christmas. The only problem appeared to be staffing at the checkout. There were 6 customers in the checkout line, and only one clerk was at the registers/customer service. This created excessively long times to make a small purchase. In my case, it was almost 15 minutes. I was just about ready to walkout when another clerk arrived.”

“Admittedly I often forget that we have a RadioShack, recently I was looking for some small bulbs and for some reason didn't think of RadioShack I drove all around town searching for any tiny bulbs to fit a Christmas decoration for my wife. Finally I thought about RadioShack, not only did they have what I needed but I was promptly greeted and help to find them. If only I would have checked here sooner I could have saved hours of my time and who knows how much fuel. From now on if I need something electronic they will be my first stop.”
