The compassion and empathy they have for animals is soo much more than we could ever ask for. When we got to the vets office we opened up the hatch of our Subaru and our puppy bolted out into traffic. All the office staff came running out and helped distract our Josie enough that she came running back out of the street. We are so grateful to all of them.

700 N Wabash Ave, Idaho FallsI boarded my two dogs for 7 days. We ended up having some travel complications and needed to leave them there longer. At the time, we didn't know how much longer. We were reassured that they would care for them as long as needed. We received almost daily emails with photos of the dogs and when we returned it was very obvious that our one dog prone to separation anxiety was comfortable and happy. Will be using again for sure.

He was informative and answered all of our questions patiently.When we had a scare with our puppy eating something she shouldn't have, we texted Dr. Christensen and he responded right away. There was no judgement passed at all and he was knowledgeable about how to proceed. He explained the care instructions simply yet thoughrouly making it easy to follow them.We will be using Dr. Christensen for all of our future veterinary needs in the future!

I live in Pocatello where there are no emergency vets, so finding this place was such a blessing! We were seen quickly, presented with treatment options, and communication from the providers was knowledgeable and clear. Additionally, the staff were all so kind and even sent me pictures of Gumbo while she was being hospitalized overnight, which eased my anxiety quite a bit. I would recommend Viking Veterinary Hospital again and again, and thanks to the staff for all the amazing work you do!

Sunnyside Veterinary Clinic
629 W Sunnyside Rd, Idaho FallsDr. Michael Nield and staff have helped us out so many times over the years that I have lost count. I am forever grateful for their help and support for all of our pets needs. The latest episode involved our new puppy,Jude, a seven month old Poodle. She swallowed an earring, about the size of a quarter and shaped like a snowflake, as revealed by an x-ray.
We knew she was sick but had no idea she had that in her. It was treated as an emergency and Dr. Nield skilfully navigated the procedure. Jude is doing well and is back to being a Happy Puppy.
Thank you Dr. Nield and thanks to each and everyone of your wonderful staff!!!

The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to help us find a beer that really fit what we like. They even let us taste a few different options until we found the perfect one, which we really appreciated.
The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to hang out and enjoy a drink. If you’re into craft beer (or even if you’re not sure what you like yet), this is definitely the place to go. We’ll absolutely be back! ?
