Tina and the staff are always very friendly. They remember our dog's names, and super helpful when we come to shop or use the tubs. If you want a clean, well stocked, bath area with hands to assist, then you'll want to swing by and meet them!

A Cut Above, the Falls
1775 East 17th Street Ste C, Idaho FallsPresley is 8 months old. We’ve been grooming him at home, but needed a shorter cut and his paws clipped short of an upcoming camping trip. The staff was so friendly when I brought him in and they listened while I told them about his quirks. I’m sure they didn’t need all the information I gave them, but they still waited patiently until I was done. He was so happy when we came back to pick him up! I was so worried about taking him to the groomer (I may be a little too protective of my puppers), but we will definitely be using this groomer again! Presley won’t be going anywhere BUT here in the future!

It was very nerve racking for us to leave our dogs for 10 days with strangers, but Paula took great care of our fur babies! We got daily updates and/or pictures. When we got to the vets office we opened up the hatch of our Subaru and our puppy bolted out into traffic. All the office staff came running out and helped distract our Josie enough that she came running back out of the street. We are so grateful to all of them.

He was informative and answered all of our questions patiently.When we had a scare with our puppy eating something she shouldn't have, we texted Dr. Christensen and he responded right away. There was no judgement passed at all and he was knowledgeable about how to proceed. He explained the care instructions simply yet thoughrouly making it easy to follow them.We will be using Dr. Christensen for all of our future veterinary needs in the future!

We were concerned she wouldn’t wake up from anesthesia because she’s so old, but the doctors pumped her up with fluids the night before and the day of I took really good care of her. They all asked me how pinky is when I come in I know her by name. I really like them.

3151 McNeil Drive, Idaho FallsOur dogs got into a lunch bag and ate some grapes, of course often hours so off to Viking we went. They were able to induce vomiting and determine which dog was the culprit. They were able to intervene to minimize any effect to her kidneys. We were able to follow up with her regular vet and made sure she won’t need any additional treatment. Jaimie was so patient with both dogs, especially my super anxious and cooperative little mini poodle. All the staff were great. Costs were actually very reasonable. It’s definitely not an experience I want to repeat, but I would 100% recommend them when your pet has an emergency need.

We were reassured that they would care for them as long as needed. We received almost daily emails with photos of the dogs and when we returned it was very obvious that our one dog prone to separation anxiety was comfortable and happy. Will be using again for sure.

The price was very reasonable, and her surgery went smoothly. I really appreciated that I never felt like they were adding unnecessary costs or trying to get as much money as possible. It felt like they genuinely cared about my cat and her well-being, not just a paycheck. My cat Sumi is doing so great now, and we are so, so grateful for the care she received! We definitely will come back for any future needs!

115 East Anderson Street, Idaho FallsI can't recommend this place highly enough. I was driving from Las Vegas to Montana with my three dogs when my alternator failed. As my battery was dying, I was forced to coast into their parking lot just as they were closing.
Instead of turning us away, they let my dogs stay safely in their shaded yard with plenty of water while giving me a ride to AutoZone to pick up the part I needed. After I finished replacing the alternator, the owner noticed on the security camera that I was still there and immediately came back to offer my truck a jump start. She refused to accept any money for all of the help.
Their kindness, generosity, and genuine concern for both me and my dogs turned a very stressful situation into one I'll never forget. If they treat a complete stranger this well, I can only imagine how well they care for the dogs entrusted to them. Thank you so much!

My only complaint would be the size of the fillet. Why not serve the whole fillet as other fish and chip places do? When ordering off your menu and it says 3 piece cod to most that would be the whole fillet.
I do appreciate that you serve gluten-free items, but I just wish the fillet had been whole.

It was obvious the restaurant was understaffed, and several customers were becoming frustrated by the wait. Despite being under a tremendous amount of pressure, Lilley remained kind, patient, and professional with everyone. She seemed to be the one holding everything together, doing her best to keep orders moving while also making customers feel acknowledged and valued.
What stood out most was her positive attitude. Even when things were hectic, she never appeared rude or flustered. She worked hard, communicated well, and genuinely cared about providing good service. Employees like Lilley are the reason customers return.
I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. She is clearly a valuable member of your team, and I also hope she gets the support and staffing she needs. No one should have to carry that kind of workload alone.
