“First of all, this place has climate controlled storage units! I’ve never been there when it wasn’t working well it and perfect temperature. The rent is more reasonable than most, if not all, of all the other places I’ve looked at. Chelsea is a dream to work with if you need an extra favor, she’s more than happy to oblige. I feel safe when I’m there at night and like I said the storage rent is beyond reasonable for the climate controlled. Perfect for furniture and all the other things that usually get dusty and hot and dry and cracked. I totally recommend this place with five stars.”
“I got a chip in my windshield fixed at their job Broadway Lube. I had my 1 year old with and the women helped me fill out all my paperwork and walk me through calling my insurance. My windshield chip was fixed in 20 minutes. Very friendly people & great customer service!!”
“Called here about storing a vehicle I care about a lot, and got in touch with both of the brothers that operate this place. Both of them were super kind and spoke very professionally with me! One brother went out his way to take my call while on a trip, and the other went out of his way to meet me at the place and get me set up, as well as show me right to my parking spot and little details of how to use the storage area. Couldn't reccomend these guys more! The gated storage area also seems very secure, which is obviously a plus. They also have very very good pricing for what they offer. Giving 5 stars for my check in experience, if anything crazy happens to my stored vehicle, then I'll update the review but if you dont see an update, assume these guys have done an awesome job!!!!!”

“Annette, the manager at the I.F. Tautphaus Park location, is unlike anyone I've ever dealt with in customer service. She is truly one of a kind—the type of person every business should hope to have representing them.
I called from California with no idea what size storage unit I would need. I was overwhelmed trying to estimate the contents of a large two-bedroom, one-bath home with a huge kitchen, appliances, furniture, and a garage packed with 20 years of accumulated belongings. Instead of giving me a generic recommendation, Annette actually listened. She asked thoughtful questions, walked through everything with me, and helped determine the right unit based on my specific situation.
I asked plenty of questions (some probably pretty basic!), and she answered every one patiently and thoroughly. At no point did she make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. Her customer service was exceptional from the very first phone call.
And that was just the beginning.
Throughout the process, Annette checked in with me by email and text to make sure I knew what to expect and to keep me informed of anything I needed to know. When my moving company's 18-wheeler driver called to ask whether the truck could access the facility, she explained where he could park overnight and the best way to enter the property.
The moving truck arrived on a Saturday, when the office wasn't even open. Even though she didn't have to, Annette came in to make sure everything went smoothly. She checked in with me the day before, coordinated with the movers while they unloaded, and made sure my delivery reached the unit without any issues. Honestly, I can't think of another business where someone would go that far for a customer.
I'm genuinely one of Annette's biggest fans and can't thank her enough for everything she did.
I chose Storage Corner Tautphaus Park because of its great reviews, convenient location, and easy access. After my experience, I can say those reviews were absolutely deserved. I would recommend this facility without hesitation to anyone looking for storage in the Idaho Falls area.
I also want to mention that it wasn't just Annette. Every staff member I spoke with on the phone was friendly, helpful, and professional. It's clear that outstanding customer service is part of the culture at Storage Corner.”
