Worst company/store ever. Had no problem releasing a line off of my phone plan without my permission and sticking me with the 400$ bill on it. But when I went in to get a new SIM card for my phone because it was hacked they needed my ID to provide me with a new SIM card. I left my ID at home not thinking I would need it because they have always used my two factor authentication to send me a communication when I am in the store to verify who I am. Why wasn't a license asked for when you released a line from my policy but need a license to get me a new SIM card that I can complete myself? Switching companies, over priced and shitty customer service.

Absolutely the worst Customer service ever!! Person helping changed my number with out telling me and then left for the night! Other employees there told me I had never been a customer with them, which I was..and would not believe me when I told them my issue. Was having difficulty uploading documents they needed and the lady told me basically good luck!! And walked off after telling me I had never been a customer with them and my issue was impossible to be having. FYI I now have to wait 30 days to get the issue fixed and I'm still having the problem. (Identity theft) it tooke three days to get my original phone number back the employee switched on me. When I called to talk to a different manager no one has yet to call me back.Update*I am not giving up on Verizon just yet, I will be back in the next few days hopefully today. To get a new set up and go with a level top notch FBI online security package if you have anything remotely one to 5 level higher then that's the one I need, possibly the one the president gets would work great)My biggest frustration is that I am fighting identity theft. It's been so draining emotionally and mentally, I can only at this point laugh at the end results, not sure if to many other individuals out there that have no other choice but to laugh at life's daily blows. My trusted certificate is from bounce houses of America!?! Toying with me at this point, some advice to the few employees including the manager that was there that day. Weather or not you believe or dis-belive someone else's reality. (It's real to them) As a "Customer Service Specialist" you lost the freedom to freely voice your opinion about the situation to the customers face that has been living the nightmare, until you investigate the issue further.I hope you never have experience identity theft, my phone has been secretly recording me every day all day 24/7 for the last yr! Possibly longer and ohh man I like to have my phone on my person all the time!!Now with that being said think about times you have been thankful no one was there to see what happened or hear. Your personal fears being recorded and sent out to some random place and then this group or individuals get together and once a month have a online video chat about you?? But your not invited to attend your not even allowed to know about your monthly review!! You can't stop it from going down because the way it's been done you don't get to have access to half of your phone. Certain demands certain pages or abilities I didn't even know we could access on our phones!! I can't delete any of the items they have set up for my phone to do You only get to watch as your very personal information being sent out to a secret account. I have held onto It because I want the person stopped! I don't have the financial ability to run out and get yet another phone. This is the 6th phone I have replaced. (Including changing accounts etc ) but I reached out to your store as my last stitch effort to end this for once! The individuals I reached out to at Verizon were supposed to be what I hoped for my life line. The police department here has not exactly been any of my favorite places I care to ask for when it comes to helping me. why I came to you!! Im not posting this to out or make fun or poke at Verizon employees, it's to hopefully help others out there in similar situations on either side listen we may actually receive the message that was intended for us to hear. Every day is our responsibility to make it the best it can be for us. To possibly be someone else's super hero big or small...so why not strive to be that hero today!

Call to see if Verizon wireless had laptops I reach the lady and she said yes they did carry them I explain to her well I guess I’ll go into the local store so that I can look at one and have them set it up she says let me check I’ll see if any of the local stores have one she says no I can’t locate one at any of the stores but I can send you one and I said well I don’t know if that would work I would need somebody to set it up for me she says when you receive it just take it into the store and they will set that up for you local I said OK I received the laptop I went into the Verizon store on 17th St. which I’ve had numerous bad experiences with walked in the door at 10:30 there was approximately five people standing inside the door visiting I said I’d like to see about getting this laptop set up young lady approached me and says well you’ll have to take that two Best Buy to get that set up I said well why would I do that it’s a Verizon wireless laptop and I just had it sent to me they said to bring it in she says we don’t do that in here so I took it home call Verizon Wireless had them send me a return label according to the tech that I talk to they were supposed to set the thing up terrible service at the Verizon wireless store on 17th St., Idaho Falls, ID these people are getting paid and they don’t even know what their job description is the real kicker as I drove 30 miles in a snowstorm to get that thing set up then I turned around the next day and had to drive 30 miles again to have it shipped back to Verizon Will I ever go back to the 17th St. store again absolutely not too many bad experiences there I forgot to mention I’ve been with Verizon wireless for approximately 20 years talk is cheap we both realize that I’m just another account number if you’re really sorry reimburse me for the 120 miles that I drove messing with it 30 a.m. to get it set up 30 back 30 a.m. to get it set off and 30 back to my home again plus my time plus the weather in Terra on my vehicle plus my fuel credit sounds real good to me

Kelvin it's the Verizon manager at this store, I have no idea how he got the position, he lied to me offer a whole bunch of stuff to get my company to sign with Verizon, now nothing it's happening, that Kelvin guy doesn't care about anything, no good customer services at all, now I need to decide whether I get a lawyer or lose my money with Verizon, so if you in the process of making business with Kelvin DO NOT, DO NOT DO IT!!! You will thank me later, stay away from this guy.UP DATE!!!!I hope to hear from you soon and get my money back, this is been going on for over a year and Verizon has taken over $14,000.00 from my bank account, I have been trying to cancel this all this time because of the bad service and nothing has been done.

Horrible experience at this store went in and wanted to look at iPhones, wasn’t aware we were supposed to check in at front and after that the lady helping us (named Jackie) was shaking her head at us multiple times and acting fustrated and straight rude when we had questions. Manager wasn’t helpful at all. Wasn’t around when she was acting like this and just backed her up. Super unprofessional. Very disappointed in Verizon store.

I have had a mix bag of ratings for Verizon since i signed up with them in February. But the main two times when i have been to this store i have been pleasantly surprised by the help and service i received from this store. Nathan was especially helpful to me and my teenage daughter yesterday when a previous store refused to help us figure out what went wrong with her newly purchased phone. Nathan listened to my problem, assessed the phone thoroughly , and then filed a claim for me for FREE, when the other store said i had to pay a $100 to get a new phone. i went to ubreak i fix and to my surprise, they said the problem was a DEFECT that is common with this device... and it was free of charge for a fix because i have insurance. SO thank you to this man who helped us out.

My family and I got all new phones with the earbuds and watch. It was a deal at the time of purchase. We received the phones just fine with the watches. The earbuds? Absolutely no notice on where they are. We were told to call support. Guess what, not corporate. Need to talk to them. They keep sending us in circles. We ordered this in DECEMBER. LAST DECEMBER. DECEMBER OF 2022. Tell me why it's almost December of the next year. We have no earbuds. My mother got her Samsung earbudss after she swapped her phone out of the Google Pixel for the Samsung. Not her phone but me and my brother's earbuds? Nothing. Been waiting a year. It went from that week, to I'll talk to the manager you aren't the only ones to calls customer service? Excuse me but I quite frankly want my earbuds that are paid for. Absolutely awful. Beware buyers, they aren't a Verizon corporation they are a branch off. That they apparently can't get straight. Maybe order 1 item at a time seems like they can barely do that.

I never write reviews but this gentleman was too amazing at his job. As slammed as they were on a Tuesday, I was helped as soon as possible by a very kind and helpful man, Jon. I am very pleased with his service and patience with how difficult it was switching my phone over. Instead of just be happy with the new phone, I was also genuinely happy with the service. :)

I tried to order an iPhone 15 pro max and was told they didn’t have it in any other store. I went to the corporate store and they had one left but I couldn’t cancel my preorder for some reason. I’ve now waited two weeks for the new phone and have just been told it’s on back order because of a “fraud alert” when I tried to cancel my order. I now have to wait another week after the two I already waited for it because it’s been put on back order. I’ve just been jerked around and disappointed this whole time with the service. We pay a lot of money to Verizon and this is how it’s turning out. I’ll be going to the corporate store from now on.

I’m very happy with how I was treated. Walmart screwed up my new phone and Nick was very helpful. Even though the problem couldn’t be fixed there they made a valiant attempt. Thanks guys ?

I dont often leave reviews so that I am doing so says a lot on how offended we were when we left. We went to this location mainly with questions. We had already looked online and decided to go in to see about what maybe different in the store. The lady who helped us talked down to us, cut off our sentences multiple times, was very frustrated with my husband when she didn't explain things properly, cut me off when I tried to explain it better to him and definitely did not listen to our needs or concerns. We left and continued our online purchase only because of coverage. I know how the sales game works and I definitely went in ready to allow myself to be talked into a new phone. Ended up instead getting a used phone online and going for price because her attitude alone made me not want to splurge at this company. Coverage should be great and thats the only reason we still chose this route!
