Hands down the best experience with a dealership we have had, EVER! My husband and I were prepared for the typical car dealership experience with pushy salesmen and trickery with paperwork, but it never happened. We had most communication over the phone, through texts, and calls. Our salesman, Zak, communicated with us constantly and answered every question we had even after business hours. I did not like the color of the seating in the vehicle we were looking at, so they brought in the exact Hyundai Santa Fe I wanted from Utah after hours and tinted the windows before any paperwork was signed. Zak went above and beyond what you would expect. Once we arrived from out of town to pick up our vehicle and sign paperwork, we met with almost everyone in the office, all kind and genuine. Our process took about an hour, and we were out the door. Later that evening, we were walking into a restaurant, and an employee of Woodysmith came up to us, congratulated us on our purchase. Told us more about our car’s features, and asked if we enjoyed our experience. Woodysmith Hyundai may be small, but their customer service is mighty!

We brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation. My husband will be taking it right back in because the oil pan was not put back on right and the car has leaked oil all over the garage floor. This is not rocket science!
Also no tire rotation needed?
Did not bother to wash the car.

Original service was prompt and good, but they never contacted me to finish the service they said they would provide. they were waiting for a part to replace on warranty but they never called back

I drove away thinking I probably won’t come back. I used to pay $35 and I got a car wash and the inside vacuumed. I was there for about an hour and a half and and got neither, plus I paid around $50 and you guys didn’t even reset the reminder on my cars trip computer?

I have been buying Hyundai for 20 years . This one was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I’ve had. This is my fourth Santa Fe, I had a Sonata, Tucson, Kona and at our old dealership we bought a couple of trucks. Woody Smith was wonderful and very fair. Carson was our salesman He was fun, professional, went above and beyond to help us. Will, the sales manager was fair and great to talk to. No pressure, no push, just knowledgeable friendly staff.
