“La-Z-Boy is a great product (I have some 12 yr old pieces that are still in great shape)- and while I haven't received my order yet (I will update my review when I do) I had a great experience when picking out the new furniture for my living room. Just like any other furniture store you are greeted by a sales person at the door. She asked if I needed help and since I was looking to order this time for sure- I would need her assistance. She took the time to go over the room design, and sizes of the couches I was picking. We both had out tape measures and calculators. I definitely got the design consultation I was looking for.
