“We sort of had a cell phone emergency, for some reason the SIM card stopped working and there was no cell coverage anymore. We drove 45 miles, to this Jerome store, less than an hour before the store closed and Sergio was absolutely a top notch employee. He was helpful, knowledgable, and very very patient. He took the time to help us and try to figure out what was going on. He also called tech and diagnosed the problem. He never rushed us and I felt like he was truly concerned and trying to solve this tech problem. Sergio is a great employee and should be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service. If I could give more stars I would. Fantastic.”
