“Luis & Joe are great assets to your establishment.
They are so patient & understanding with everyone I've seen come in to your shop. I had a long stay today, 5 hours. Some quirky things going on with the phone. In those 5 those 5 hours watched the shop fill up with more than 12 people at a time. Joe, in the morning, took care of each person with professionalism and understanding as he solved their issue or assisted with finding the product that worked best for them. When Luis arrived, he jumped in taking care of customers in the same way Joe was doing. They are like a well oiled machine. I enjoy stores where staff acknowledge you when you walk in the door, and let you know they'll be with you as soon as possible.

“In the wake of the horrible mass shooting at the local in and n burger about a block away from this store this afternoon. Huge kuddos to the manager on duty. I didn’t catch his name think it was Tyler but taller gentleman. I was inside the store getting assistant when he came by in the most calm manor and advised of the active shooter and kindly gave us the option to leave or come to the back of the store while he secured the store and made sure everyone was safe! Very professional, and you can tell he was calm which made me re assured as well! This guy needs kuddos! Thank you for keeping us safe!”
