“Cloningers is a great grocery store! Anyone that has a problem with it has never lived in a small town. We are very lucky to have a store with such a variety of grocery’s in a town this size. We lived in a town larger than this with half the grocery store and higher prices. I don’t write many reviews but felt the need after reading a few. Every single store staff that I’ve interacted with are kind and do their jobs very well!!”

“MUST READ: Hunting Experience, Gear List, Employees, Price Listed Below - HUNTING EXPERIENCE - I was put on a beautiful large boer the second day of the hunt and had the opportunity to place a shot. The bear was quartered towards me facing to the right at 40 yards and I placed my arrow at the front of his shoulder and hit him. We waited over 30 minutes until we began to trail the blood. we found blood and began our trek up the mountain where he went, but darkness came fast and the bear was still climbing. We were unable to locate him that night and it rained later that night and that is the hardest thing to do as a hunter. I have no doubt the bear succumbed to the shot, but trusting in the guide is extremely important. If he decides to call off the search, you do so. My guide Jade did everything right on his end, he put me on a bear and I took the shot, but it just was not meant to be.I only hunt with a bow and this can be challenging to any hunter. Now, if you are looking to reach the backcountry where few hunters make it, this is the outfit for you. However, one must understand what to expect. You may be on a horse for up to 5 hours just to pack in and the same for packing out. For anyone not familar with riding a horse, this may be challenging. The guide and wranglers will do whatever they can to best assist you, but it is your backside that you have to live with. The pain can be felt in not only your derriere, but your knees as well. If you understand this, then the next obstacle is weight. Being a larger guy myself at 250 pounds, you will need to consider the animals that you are riding. I would say anyone over 300 pounds needs to talk to your guide or may need to consider another hunt. Each hunter is given 80 pounds of gear to pack in. Be careful and decide only the neccesities to pack in. On my hunt, I was prepared but still had a wish list of items. I will list my opinion of gear you should bring if you choose this hunt. Keep in mind, when I hunt, I will rewear my clothing. GEAR - Hygiene bag, sleeping bag, pillow, towel, 2 long john underwear top & bottom, 2 pair of pants, 3 shirts, 6 pair of socks, 3 underwear, camo tear resistant rain pants and jacket, water resistant gloves, cold weather hunting bibs and jacket, water resisitant insulated hunting boots, a hunting hat, hunting beenie, water bottle, small hunting backback, flashlight / headlamp, batteries, portable battery pack to charge phone or Garmin Inreach, Garmin Inreach, gun / bow, arrow carrier. You are permitted to bring snacks or soft drink of your choice (just be cautious of the amount and size). Remember, every ounce counts on this hunt. *This is for the hunt only. EMPLOYEES - Owner - David, I mostly talked to David throughout the year up to the hunt. He ensured I had all the information to be successful on the hunt. Guide - Jade, an exceptional young man with years of experience. Do not let his young age fool you, he knows what he is doing and can explain the who, what, when, where and how of the process. Wrangler/Guide - Lee, A young US Marine who lives up to the expectation. He works extremely hard and can quote movies and songs to keep the motivation high in camp. As an Army veteran myself, I appreciate that a lot. Wrangle / Guide - Wayatt, another young buck who works hard and enjoys telling storyies and training horses. He will keep you laughing throughout your time at camp, but will do anything you ask of him. Cook - Morgan, a cook that will provide a meal to take you back to your grandma's house as a kid. Her home style food will bring warmth and satisfaction with every bite. She works very hard to ensure everyone is fed and fed well. She even will back brownies and cookies for you. PRICE - the price of the hunt is what it is. The airfare for round trip from Florida was $1200, hotel - $240 for 3 nights, food - $50, Uber - $80, Tip - at minimum 20% but I did more. My total of the hunt ~$7600. I will be back again year after year.”
