Rented cross country skies. Did not get good directions to the River trail. Was told to go to the river and you will go into the trail but didn't. Needed to take a left a couple blocks. The ski shop knew what kind of wax to put on the warm conditions which have a good glide for about 4 of 6 miles I did on the River... read full comment

Backwoods helped me identify I wore out my kingpins, 500k+ vertical on them, and got me remounted in time for another beautiful day at sun valley. Felt comfortable with the remount as they sold my same skis (dps) I feel like I now have a new ski with my atomic switches. Thanks guys!!!

Great service! Very knowledgeable. We needed a safety check on some bindings. They did work immediately and helped with discussion on the design of a ski boot that was giving us issues.
