Rented a couple gravel bikes, they were high quality carbon frames and full grx groupsets. Could tell they were super well maintained, everything was tuned perfectly. Had a great ride.

Unbelievable. Broke a spoke up Norton Creek loop during a dirt bag bike trip. Brought the wheel in, they fixed the broken spoke, replaced another that was bent, had it done so fast. Even held my hand and walked me down to Lefty's so I could drink a beer while I waited. Great crew of people!
