“Over the past 23 years, my family has visited ketchum regularly and we will often visit Elephant Perch for ski and bike equipment, quality clothes, or just to talk about snow conditions. During my last visit, my daughter suggested i write a review because i spoke so highly of the staff. I never write reviews so this is my first. The young man who helped me find a topo map for some back-country skiing was so helpful, kind, and just a joy to talk with that i went back for a second map a couple days later. Elephant Perch is an excellent store, especially its staff.”

“I came in with big toe pain on right foot(nerve pain from a precious surgery, cheilectomy) and hip pain on left. Jay, another man and Claribel quickly analyzed me and fit me immediately for orthodics overnight!! I am from TN. I hiked Bald mtn to Roundhouse restaurant the next day with no pain!!! The ex owner called and checked on me as soon as I got off the gondola!!! Wow! That’s service! So glad I found them!!! Also, they said anytime I needed an adjustment, I could ship them to them. They really took care of me and that means a lot these days!! Thank You Ski Tek!!”
