“Rented cross country skies. Did not get good directions to the River trail. Was told to go to the river and you will go
into the trail but didn't. Needed to take a left a couple blocks. The ski shop knew what kind of wax to put on the warm conditions which have a good glide for about 4 of 6 miles I did on the River trail.”
“Great service, good attention, friendly folks. I brought in three pair of old ABC pants with blown out seams - long out of any stated warranty (one I got the first year this store was open!). The team here brought them in, we all hoped for the best, and they were returned a few weeks later like new! The best part as well is they grouped it under warranty service and I wasn’t charged a dime.
As others have stated, it’s not a giant store so selection is more limited than a metro-based store, but you’ll get all the service and more than the larger shops.”

Both of these guys are experts that completely transformed the way my boots fit.Seeking professional ski / boot services here in the valley, you tend to run into a lot of big ego's, which always makes for an uncomfortable experience. You'll find none of those here. Humble, approachable expertise is the vibe at this shop!”
