“Huge shoutout to Ian and Kirsten for absolutely saving my trip. I showed up with snowboard boots that had a defect and I couldn’t ride, and even though I didn’t originally buy the boots from this shop, they spent over an hour helping me troubleshoot and find a solution.
They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the mountain. This is the kind of customer service that’s rare to find these days. Can’t recommend them enough.”
