“Eric is the best there is. When it comes to customer service he and Laura waste no time keeping you updated on the progress of your vehicle. Eric knows his stuff and is very efficient. He will not keep your vehicle for several days or weeks before looking at it. I have had several vehicles to him over the years and I’ve always gotten a phone call with the diagnosis before days end the day of my scheduled time.
When it comes to expertise I wouldn’t trust anyone else as much as I do Eric and his techs. I had a diesel pickup that had some engine work done is a different shop in the valley. After several weeks of failures to fix my problem and chasing rabbit holes they sent my truck back to me worse than I got it, not even running. I eventually had it towed to Gathagan and he had the problem diagnosed before noon the next day and running by the end of the day.
These guys are as good as they come all around. Professional, punctual and their knowledge and skills are unmatched. Hope they stick around for a long time.”
