“I’ve got two words that come to mind when this place is brought up. Relaxed (and) Refined. I’ve only been in a handful of times but every time the employees/owners have been helpful beyond all expectations. They treat you with respect and kindness from the moment you walk in, and are politely educational and guiding throughout the decisions/purchase. Even as an experienced shop-goer I’ve learned a good bit from these people about what setups work best, and they don’t carry anything that isn’t quality. This isn’t your average glass shop and I can highly recommend it to anyone ?”

“I have been Frequenting this tobacco connection because of the drive-through due to my broke my leg, sometimes twice a day. Tonight 06/01/2025 around 9:30pm I pulled through and requested a Diet Coke, 90% of the time I roll through i get the best service. Today the gal working said “ can you come in and get it?” I then had to disclose my medical condition to a stranger to get basic kindness and work ethic! This is completely inappropriate and it made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. This is Terrible customer service, i really appreciate the drive-through being there and will continue to come through….. please due better”
