“Great little store. Being from Pocatello, we have spent a good deal of time in Lava Hot Springs as a family over the years. In the past I've never really had a need to stop into Ace. We're now in the process of moving to Arimo, and I recently needed some last minute construction-related things. Worried I'd have to make the 1+ hr round-trip drive into Pocatello for a few items, I remembered this Ace, which cut my travel time in half, which was very convenient.
For a small store, they had a huge selection of all the things I needed. Being the closest hardware store within a 40 mile radius of where I live, this store is a priceless gem for the south Bannock County area. Parking would likely be tricky during the on-season months, but it was perfect on a cold weekday in January.
Bonus points for the customer service, which was great. I'm pretty sure Chuck Norris was the one working the day I was in, and he was very friendly and helpful, making sure I was finding what I was looking for.”
