“We had an excellent experience at Rogers Toyota, particularly with our salesman Ryan Lemanski. A Sienna I had inquired about became available and Ryan who I had previously spoken with reached out to me. Ryan was incredibly helpful, prompt, and transparent throughout our discussions. We negotiated price and details over the phone and via text, then put down a deposit and when the van arrived earlier than expected we came to get it a week later. They had it fueled, washed, and prepped for inspection for us. Ryan put no time pressure on me while I did a thorough inspection and we all went on a test drive together. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every single feature in the Sienna!
While we filled out paperwork and moved through the process everyone at Rogers made my wife, mother, and baby feel comfortable and welcome, including grabbing them snacks and drinks. At no point was there a hard sell on items I didn't want or going back and forth with offers and counters, it was all very smooth and easy - I had done my research on what I wanted prior and they were very respectful of that.
Samantha in the financing office handled our final financial documents and they were able to beat the financing rates I had been pre-approved for from my banks and secure me an additional Toyota rebate I was hoping for. Ryan and Samantha both were exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process and answered all the questions we had. Ryan even took the time to help me get my app setup and synced to the vehicle before we drove our new van home that day.
Overall a fantastic experience! We got exactly the color, interior, and trim level Sienna we wanted with the specific options we wanted (Those hunting for a Sienna may understand how difficult that can be based on inventory) for a good deal and no dealership markups or add-ons. The dealership was honest, transparent on pricing and financing, and very helpful and welcoming throughout. We have friends who will be vehicle shopping next year and we will certainly be referring them to Ryan Lemanski and Rogers Toyota.”

“My Silverado Duramax had a intermittent (service engine soon) light so I took it to Shraders diesel repair. They were able to diagnose what was causing it, a tired injection pressure regulator. They were able to install a new one and correct the problem. I've had various jobs done in the past ( brakes, injectors, lift pump install) and have always been satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!”

They could have denied me service as it was close to closing but they took in my car and fixed the problem right away, at a very reasonable rate. “I think everyone should consider this shop for any future car repairs. I took my car to a car dealership (where I have a warranty through), got a quote of over $700 of repairs that my $3000 warranty won't cover, I dropped my car and quote off with my mechanic and they did it for less than half the price, less than half the time and Dude did it with a fantastic attitude! There was some problems with some parts my car needed and Dude surprised me and figured it out almost immediately, all while trying to save me as much money as possible. “I brought my car in for brake issues and it turned out to be the rotors. They replaced the rotors and brakes with new rotor/brake kits and did it in a short amount of time—shorter than I expected. “My family and I are new to the LC Valley. When I asked where I should go to have our vehicles serviced, we were referred to Luper because of their superb service and quality of work. In the process of moving, my driver’s license slid into the middle console of my vehicle. After several failed attempts, I called Luper and asked if this was something they could help me with. They agreed and made an appointment. The day of my appointment, I met with Charlie and explained my dilemma. He said we can retrieve your license. I was there maybe 5 minutes and the mechanic had been able to remove the license in a matter of minutes. The entire staff was amazing and welcoming. Charlie was absolutely amazing! I am glad to have a place I trust my vehicle with.”
