They made it clear from the start that they knew what they were doing, and that they intended to do the job right. Professional and knowledgeable.
Installed new tires, called me mid-appointment to give me the current condition of my TPMS sensors and asked if I want to swap them out, which we did. Walked me through the calibration when I returned to make sure everything was working, and sent me on my way.
I genuinely appreciate that they were open, honest, and transparent about the process. That is how you give people peace of mind that the job isn’t only being half-done or done poorly - which is the concern other Walmart auto centers had me previously skeptical of. We had it towed up to Mike for repairs. He was easy to work with and kept us in the loop the entire time. The truck looks great and we are so happy to have it back on the road!!”
