I took my ring in to get sized and went to pick it up and it was not any different They did send it back in at no cost. To fix it and the people that work. There are very nice. It just is a bummer because it's my wedding ring and I have to wait so long to wear it.

Very polite and thorough with my wife’s wedding ring when sending to get sized. And the warranty is worth it free sizing, free diamond replacement, free repairs, full price when upgrading, and all you have to do is get a free cleaning from them every 6 months. And they keep track of the cleanings no matter which store you get it cleaned at. Also she had it sized the first time just recently and we have had the ring for 8 years so they keep up their end of the bargain.

We had so much fun. ( My husband and I) looking and trying on beautiful things. Everyone in Harry Ritchie's was so kind and patient with me. I appreciated that. She asked if she could clean my rings and of course I said yes. After spending over $2000 on a ring in your store for my wife on Christmas to say I'm unhappy would be a gross understatement. I was told that it could be adjusted to fit my wife's hand. I wasn't told that there was a no return policy.My wife took it in because it doesn't fit her hand at all. She was told it can't be adjusted, it can't be returned or even exchanged. So we are just stuck with a beautiful but useless ring.I have been a loyal customer for many years. Is this what you call customer service?Sincerely upsetJohn Huffman
