“Came in looking for an anniversary gift. Jennifer jumped in to help me. We spent a good 20-30 minutes going through the different designer catalogs. Many items were close, but just not what I wanted. She enlisted the help of Mike, who thought he might have something in the back. He came out with an absolutely gorgeous pin, but I was looking for a pendant. No issue with that. Mike showed me ideas of converting it from pin to pendant. It was ready in less than 2 days!
