“The ink I wanted wasn't hanging on the shelf. The associate went in the back and looked through the recent delivery and found my ink. I didn't wait very long, either.”

“John, at the Lewiston Idaho UPS Store is the best! John and one of his employees saved me from a bad scam deal. His wife is so sweet and caring and John was the best support anyone could ever hope to find. Thankful to them everyday ❣️”

“I went in this past Monday to mail off an Abercrombie return. I used an Amazon box and didn't have shipping tape but the lady happily taped it up for me. I always get nervous or anxious about mailing returns because sometimes the QR codes get buried and then I end up standing there at the counter looking like a fool. But thankfully the Abercrombie code didn't get lost (like with some Amazon orders). The clerk was very friendly. She wasn't the least bit annoyed. Which can be the case a few business days after Christmas when people are doing alot of returns. She was very nice and I walked away feeling more confident about doing future shipments there.”

“The Lewiston Post Office has been a fixture in the community for as long as I can remember, and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stopped in over the years.

Whether I’m shipping packages, picking up supplies, or mailing something at the last minute, the experience has consistently been positive. The staff has always been friendly and personable, and when things aren’t busy, they’re often happy to chat and share a little local perspective on what’s happening around the valley.

As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I ship books, promotional materials, and all sorts of odds and ends, so I’ve spent plenty of time in post offices across the country. The Lewiston location has always been one of the friendlier ones I’ve visited.

One thing I appreciate is the selection of shipping supplies and greeting cards. More than once I’ve needed a card at the last minute, and their display has saved me an extra stop around town.

The facility is easy to access and generally runs efficiently. The only challenge can be parking during busy periods. When the lot fills up, many people use the nearby street parking or the dirt lot across the street.

Funny enough, while working on the Maui Desire Romance Series, I’ve noticed how often everyday places become part of the fabric of a community. The post office is one of those places where you regularly run into neighbors, local business owners, and familiar faces. Friendly staff, helpful services, and a location that has served the community well for many years.”
