They dont deliver mail on time. The app says there is mail arriving and it comes days later and sometimes a item never arrives.

I went online and made an appt for a month later to get a passport at the Lewiston Id post office. A few days later I received a call from them telling me they don't offer that service and directed me to call the courthouse. Courthouse got me on that day.

Every time I go in I receive wonder service. The staff is kind, pleasant and thoughtful!
