My brother in law is in the army and I'm trying to send him a damn letter. It's been in the outgoing mail spot for an entire week?! Like hello? Wake up and do your job ? I work night shift but now I have to go in and do his job for him.

Just bad, all round- rude as well, as if it’s unreasonable to want to mail a package, or ask about your undelivered mail which has been sitting there since 1/18. I’d call or email, so as not to “waste” their time, but the “wait for the operator” prompt hangs up on you and of course there is no email.
