They dont deliver mail on time. The app says there is mail arriving and it comes days later and sometimes a item never arrives.

I went online and made an appt for a month later to get a passport at the Lewiston Id post office. A few days later I received a call from them telling me they don't offer that service and directed me to call the courthouse. Courthouse got me on that day.

If I don't have any mail to be delivered they won't pick up my out going mail. This has happened multiple times. Soooo lazy. Just do your job.

Heard that if your package was delivered to the wrong house it up to you on getting it back they are rude when you try to ask if they can do anything to retrieve it

Why are the mail carriers cramming packages in mail boxes the the don't fit in. My package was ripped and the contents inside damaged. Or they just leave it on the ground no where near the door. They should be liable for what they ruin. Also says delivered when it's not. Terrible service

There is a problem with the Lewiston post office mail. 50% of the time my mail goes through, 50% it does not. I’ve sent some tax documents through the mail to my accountant. First time the accountant received an empty envelope. A few days later I received the documents in a post office envelope in my mailbox . 2nd time the documents were not received at all. I am very afraid to mail anything through Lewiston. I have been making trips to Clarkston to mail my documents. So far they will be handled properly. At least I haven’t had a problem yet with Clarkston post office. What is going on with Idaho and the Postal System? I could go on and on with examples of problems I have had. I’m afraid to mail anything in Idaho for fear of it never arriving 😥

packages are always delayed even though they’re at the post office the day they’re supposed to be delivered. and then when I go in, they never let me pick up my packages.

USPS marks packages as attempted delivery when I’ve got cameras and proof that nobody has attempted to deliver anything. I’ve called and nobody answers the phone. Their “reschedule redelivery” doesn’t even work on the website it says “an error occurred”. I’m tired of the issues we’ve had continuously with this post office and our mail and packages. The flat out dishonesty and lying about delivery a package leaving a note is outrageous.

They never answer the phone. I moved and they won’t even take mail from my new mailbox or put my mail in it. They put it in the neighbors! The owner is astonished as well because it’s not hard to see which mailbox is whose!!
