“Only like two of the pharmacists treat me nice. I don't have an ID or car or family and it's difficult getting some of my meds. One of the pharmacists is condescending and rude. Yes lady, I realize all I need to do is get an ID. 33 miles is such a long walk through.”

“Never had an issue with this pharmacy in the years I’ve used it, other than no drive through window. Only reason I went to Rite Aid while it was open. I’ve read the bad reviews out of curiosity and think the sheer numbers the pharmacy employees deal with daily likely has a lot to do with the reviews. Never dealt with rudeness, just a crew of people who are very busy and need to move on to the next customer. Especially once the other pharmacy closed. People seem to have lost the ability to give grace to others. Kevin, you and your crew are hard working and appreciate!”
