“Want to know where the locals eat? Great food at a reasonable price? This is the place. It was recommended to us by Jackie who is the manager there. It did not disappoint.
I know what you are thinking, why would I get food at a gas station convenience store? Because it is GREAT food at a good price. No flare, served on paper plates, with plastic cutlery but it was better than our breakfast the previous day at Cutwater.
We ordered at the cafe counter, paid at the convenience store counter, then got a table in the cafe area. We were surrounded by locals enjoying coffee and breakfast. We saw a lot of breakfast sandwiches and burritos get walked out.
The cooks were making food for the convenience store grab-and-go case. It looked delicious. Jackie let us sample the chicken; oh so tender, juicy, and tasty.
Pot pies. They make chicken pot pies.

“Only like two of the pharmacists treat me nice. I don't have an ID or car or family and it's difficult getting some of my meds. One of the pharmacists is condescending and rude. Yes lady, I realize all I need to do is get an ID. 33 miles is such a long walk through.”

“Laundry in the back of the convience store. Open at 5am. This place is fabulous. Clean, plenty of choices for washers. Restroom was clean and you can have breakfast at the little cafe. I travel full time in my RV and this is probably one of the nicest laundromats I have been to. Very reasonably priced. Great job!!!”
