People have gone so far away from the customer is always right, that they force you to go take a photo of your car to prove you are where you say you are. Poor customer service

They haven’t fixed the card readers at the pumps for an entire year. It’s pretty silly to force people inside to wait in line when they only want gas. The employees are fantastic, but if i only need gas I’ll hit up the Maverick on the other side.

There is an unspoken contract between a driver and a gas pump: I give you my card, you give me the fuel, and we never have to speak or make eye contact with another soul. When they break that contract, it’s a betrayal. Fix the card readers at the gas pumps.
