“I keep coming back here because 1) the car wash and vacuum included in the oil change.
2) the consistency of their employees. A rare thing these days to see the same guys each time I visit. Competent and courteous, they practically run to greet you. This is great management.”

“Had to fuel up my car about an hr or so ago (still light out). I felt uneasy about a situation that seemed sus. I told the assistant manager of my concern so they came out and stood with me while I fueled up. Talk about customer service!!! <3<3”
“Oh I just absolutely love coming to Maverick. It is my favorite gas station to go to. The people there are so nice to me, unlike those that work at other stores. I met this lovely young man there at the store today. I believe it was at around 2 in the morning when I came in. He was mopping the floor and making it look all nice and clean. When I came in, he greeted me happily and with a smile. When I was ready, he came up and asked me how my day was today. I said it was absolutely lovely and thanked him for asking. I'm so glad people like that work here at Maverick, it makes coming back a great experience.”

“Store has friendly helpful staff. I frequent here for soda fills. Tried the hot chocolate today. As with most machines the chocolate ended up on the bottom of the cup with the top being watery. Make sure to swirl the cup to mix.Otherwise it's decent.”
“16 gas pumps. Very clean store inside. The bathrooms were super clean and in working order. They also sell propane here. They also have a drive-thru for drink orders.. I didn't know that. Pretty cool. They have tons of snack and Foods inside. Definitely would stop here if you need to go the restroom or grab a quick bite.”

“I've been coming here since it was Fast Eddy's, and I've seen great people come and go. But regardless of it being close to home, I'll just keep coming here for a majority of things due to the staff. They're always funny, professional, and seeing them weekly (used to be almost daily), I feel comfortable stopping by to grab a few things vs. other stores. Just how I feel, I know I used to bring by baked goods to have them try it and give feedback (was mainly for appreciation of the staff since I saw them a lot) ?? still will come here for my beer and smokes, but also to say hi and see how they are.”
“It's not Wawa in NJ but it's close. There's never the ' Costco ' types of lines at this gas station and more often than not, my car is the only one there. Perhaps, that will change after my review but for now, this is my local neighborhood gas station. If you live in the Ustick & Eagle Road area, your choices for gas stations are several blocks east or west or going further south on Eagle Rd and then have to contend with those idiotic yellow concrete " Disneyland attraction " barriers. Then attempt an U-Turn where the right turn traffic do not yield. See where I am going with this? In this day in age, just keep it simple. In and out, no lines CHECK Plenty of space, CHECK Neat little store inside CHECK Prices are reasonable. CHECK I know it seems like Walmart is taking over everything but use it and you may like it just like Mikey.”
“I stop in alot as its right outside my neighborhood. I don't frequent the inside that much usually just stop in for gas. The have plenty of pumps and prices are always right inline with the norm. Inside it's a typical convenient store. It is a little small but has everything I have every wanted. There is a mcdonalds attached also. They have a car wash which sucks I used it once just to get the leaves off my car and it left swirl marks from the water sprayer. It is brushless which is nice just not worth it..”

“So at the maverik down the street from this one a car pulled in and these crazy ppl were shouting at me about my driving though it was right off a highway exit and a one lane road into the parking lot. I couldn’t speed if I wanted to. I think they were mad I took the front spot. So they parked at an angle in the handicapped parking and they didn’t have anything to legally park there and started yelling at me. I went in and told the staff and they kept them from coming in and they eventually left. I used to work for maverik and they are amazing and these kids were brand new recruits trained under Kelsey. They handled it amazing for brand new employees and I’m very thankful for their help!!”

“Great Maverick location on Ustick and Ten Mile. There are plenty of pumps so there’s never really a line. The convenience store is generally clean and well stocked. Accessing this location is a little tricky especially coming off of Ten Mile.”

“I’ve been a huge fan of Jacksons since I moved to my neighborhood in 1994. My neighborhood Jacksons is at 791 N. Garden St. in Boise. I go there mostly for bags of ice and top-tier gas, but I like knowing that I can get just about anything else I need there too. It is like an Idaho version of a bodega. The employees are always very nice and friendly, too.Jacksons was started by a family from Homedale, Idaho. In 1975, they opened a gas station in Caldwell. Today, they have more than 300 locations spread across 7 Western states. The key to a well-run business starts with happy and loyal employees. If you frequent Jacksons, you’ll notice there isn’t a lot of turnover, and the employees seem happy. In addition to providing a fair wage and a family-like work environment, they offer a generous benefit package that includes: affordable health/dental/vision plans, paid time off and holiday pay, fuel and merch discounts, performance bonuses, a 401(k) Retirement plan with a company match, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement of up to $5000 per year. I’d consider working here just for the 401(k) and tuition reimbursement alone. Only 22% of American employers provide 401(k) retirement plans with a company match. Jacksons also raises millions of dollars for local charities.I don’t know when Jackson’s got rebranded as Jacksons Food Store, but the name is fitting.  Thebuyer for Jackson’s really knows what they’re doing!These are some of the interesting food products I found during my recent visit to the Jacksons at 750 N. Ten Mile Rd in Meridian.  I went there after purchasing tacos at Street Tacos La Cruz, to buy a drink, so I could eat at their table outside. But just one step inside the store, and I spotted so many interesting items that after I was done eating, I went back inside and took pictures until my phone battery died. In the course of doing so, I interacted with several employees. They were all very nice and helpful.I LOVE this store! You will too! GUARANTEED!!!* This store also sells a lot of wine and has the largest beer cave of all the Jacksons locations.* This store also has a drive-through. Your drive up, tell them what you want from inside the store. They go get it and ring you up. Wild!Highly Recommended!!!”
