“Had to get my boy neutered as there's a new female in the neighborhood and we don't want any fatherless littles running about. Anyway, everything went great. Drop-off was an efficient experience. “If companies actually care about their reputations, this site can be useful. If they don't, then it won't. One complaint I submitted, that had to do with a bad timing belt replacement job, that was more than a year out on my vehicle and subsequently wrecked a portion of my engine was not allowed to be posted because the business done with said shop was more than a year out. Bad deal. What about other pricey things, such as I dunno... solar panel installation? That policy only helps the wrong doers, not the consumers and isn't that what the BBB is supposed to be all about?”
