“I had the misfortune of spilling my whole latte all over my MacBook recently, and Apple support told me to just keep using it until I had problems. I called around a couple of other places, but they had long queues/didn't have confidence in taking apart my computer. I was lucky enough to call this place and they were able to take my laptop and scrub it down within a day. Super grateful - my laptop is working perfectly fine and they were so nice and timely. Will be coming back if I have any other issues!”

I’m glad he did because it was one of those other things that was the cause of the trouble. He showed us the internal parts of the freezer and explained how it worked and what was wrong. His expertise and professionalism made for an exceptional service experience.”
