“I consigned a few pieces. One set sold and the other item did not. These people were very helpful, kind, and accommodating. If and when I have more to sell I will definitely go back. No need to deal with some of the chaos that can come along with selling online. Their inventory looks great...clean and well cared for. Great place to look to buy as well.”
“This is a wonderful home decor store, especially if you enjoy Modern Farmhouse style. A lot of the stuff is pretty standard. They have two locations during the holidays - their main store is off of Chinden and the holiday pop up is in the Village in the old Charming Charlie location. During the holidays they only have holiday decor plus a few big pieces like coffee tables and chairs. So if you're looking for every day house decor - wait until after the holidays. They do carry some local makers (soaps, wood cutting boards, ornaments, etc). But there is plenty of large scale manufacturing items. Prices are mid range - not terribly expensive but you probably won't find any great deals either. The staff who work here are sweet and helpful, though none of them were masked when I went into the Village location Nov 2020. Overall, pretty cute but you won't find anything super unique.”

Sean took great care of us and we highly recommend this particular location for excellent customer service, professionalism, and expertise. Sean has apparently been in the business for several years and it clearly shows. His knowledge and professional care for our mattress search made the entire process quick, easy, and excellent. If you read any reviews for this place below a 4, something ain't right!!!”
“Bought a new home and was searching for a new couch for weeks. Ended up going to furniture outfitters as our last stop and fell in love with the first couch we saw. Chad let us know that there was the same couch coming in a different color and he would notify us when it came in. Once it came in he called us and we came in the same day and bought it he was so helpful in choosing the right couch for the space in our new home and truly cared about what we wanted and what our budget was! “I had searched on-line for a mattress. I answered several questions to determine a recommendation for the best mattress for my needs. After receiving the results,
I proceeded to go to the store location near my home. Unfortunately, the store did not have the suggested mattress. Apparently, on-line results can mean that the mattress could actually be located at a store/warehouse other than the location I chose.
On a positive note, everything turned out good. The sales associate helped me out after asking a series of questions. He had me go to their clearance store location in order to get the mattress that was recommended. There was never any high-pressure sale at either location. I did end up paying more for my purchase; however, I feel good about my decision and the quality of the product.
I would definitely go back to Mattress Firm in the future.”
