“We’ve worked with Michelle at Patio Life a few times now, and I can honestly say she’s the reason we keep coming back — and why we’ve continued investing in our outdoor space through your store.

The first time we met her was early fall when we were just starting to look around. She spent a ton of time walking us through the different brands, features, and quality differences, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell right away she really knows her stuff. She took the time to understand our space and gave really thoughtful recommendations on sizing, layout, and color combos that would actually work for our patio — not just what looks good on a showroom floor. She also just has a great sense of style — you can pick up on that immediately — and it really shows in the way she helps pull everything together. On top of that, she’s just incredibly personable and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience that much better.

What stood out most from that first experience, and honestly what brought us back, was her honesty. Instead of trying to push us into a quick decision, she focused on helping us get it right. That stuck with us.

We ended up going with POLYWOOD based on her recommendation, and after doing our own research, it just confirmed she pointed us in the right direction. This wasn’t a small purchase for us, but Michelle made the whole process feel easy and well thought out. That level of trust is hard to come by.

I’ll also add — my husband is a veteran, and we had the option to go somewhere else that would have given us a 10% discount. We chose not to, specifically because of Michelle. That should say everything about the value she brings.

Later on, we ordered a fire pit set online — and even though that order didn’t go directly through her, I want to call out that she absolutely influenced that purchase. Her earlier guidance and product knowledge are what sold us on it, so she deserves credit for that too.

We were back in again today to keep upgrading another section of our patio, and honestly — the only reason we came back in was because of Michelle. If she hadn’t been working, we likely would have walked out and come back another time. That’s how much we value working with her specifically. Once again, she went above and beyond. She spent a lot of time helping us think through layout, colors, and how everything would tie together across spaces, and continued to give the same thoughtful, honest guidance we experienced the first time.

We’re planning to come back for a rug and some throw pillows as well, and I really appreciated that instead of just selling us something on the spot, she advised us to go home, take exact measurements, and wait for more rug inventory coming in so we can get the right fit. That kind of guidance is exactly why we’ll continue to go through her.

At this point, we’ve made multiple purchases — with more coming — and Michelle has been at the center of all of it. She’s knowledgeable, patient, detail-oriented, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people make the right decisions.

If she’s not already being recognized as a top performer, she absolutely should be. She’s not just helping customers — she’s building relationships and clearly driving repeat business.”

“This is a wonderful home decor store, especially if you enjoy Modern Farmhouse style. A lot of the stuff is pretty standard. They have two locations during the holidays - their main store is off of Chinden and the holiday pop up is in the Village in the old Charming Charlie location. During the holidays they only have holiday decor plus a few big pieces like coffee tables and chairs. So if you're looking for every day house decor - wait until after the holidays. They do carry some local makers (soaps, wood cutting boards, ornaments, etc). But there is plenty of large scale manufacturing items. Prices are mid range - not terribly expensive but you probably won't find any great deals either. The staff who work here are sweet and helpful, though none of them were masked when I went into the Village location Nov 2020. Overall, pretty cute but you won't find anything super unique.”

I recently stopped by Meridian Home Furnishings to look at some new couches, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.

From the moment I walked into the warehouse, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy at all.
They are highly informative and took the time to answer all of my questions about fabric durability and how well the pieces handle stains.

There was a beautiful couch on the floor room that I loved, but it was cream-colored. When I asked if it came in other options, they immediately went to work and found a gorgeous gray version that perfectly matches my style!

Everything in the store is very fairly priced for the quality they offer. I left with a couple of excellent options in mind and will likely be heading back within the next week to make my final purchase.

Sean took great care of us and we highly recommend this particular location for excellent customer service, professionalism, and expertise. “Leroy met my wife and I immediately after we walked into the store. Instead of trying to sell us a mattress, he was more interested in learning about us, our needs and why we were shopping for one. Also, instead of trying to sell us the highest-priced item they had, he concentrated in understanding what our specific needs were and then demonstrating which of their mattresses actually met those needs. He was clearly focused on solving a problem for us (lack of comfortable sleep) - and not focused on selling a mattress. That is a WINNING attitude and a recipe for satisfied customers!”

But Im a guy who really doesnt like shopping, but they have a BBQ secrion... a kitchen section... and I really just don't mind spending some time walking around this store.
