Im kind of disappointed by the profiling. I went in to look for a shirt and some extra things I needed for the festivities tomorrow. I just had gotten out of work so my hair was up and I had no makeup on , I did have a hello kitty reusable tote bag and I noticed as soon as I walked in I overheard one of the employees ask another associate to guest service me. When she did I was browsing through clearance but the associate who guest serviced me was like almost in my face and my personal bubble which made me super uncomfortable. This is the most convenient location for me to come and shop but if this continues to happen I won’t be shopping here anymore .

I love Gap Factory and usually order online but when I visiting this location I had a great experience with Kelly who was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind! Just made my love for this brand even stronger. Thank you Kelly!

The Gap Factory rocks my world in the best way! I got two pair of kickin' jeans and two of my favorite t-shirts, all for $31!!! Boom! The GAP staff is always professional and helpful!

My son and I went to the Gap at the Boise mall, then over to the Gap factory near the Village. We both found clothes. 40% off purchase at the mall and 25% off purchases at the factory. All in all it was a good shopping day. My sin an I were back for Mother's day shopping, we both found a few items, happy with our finds today.
