Customers appreciate the nice treatment from employees, who often provide assistance and information, such as teaching about the Jacksons reward app. The store is praised for its good selection of products, and the touchless car wash, although currently under maintenance, has received positive feedback for the hassle-free service offered by staff. Some customers have suggested improvements, like integrating the EBT/Food stamps/SNAP reader into the main card reader. Overall, Jacksons is a favorite spot for many in the community.

I come here practically every day. Every morning I’m greeted by two lovely ladies. They turn my frowns upside down with just 1 smile. They work hard, and I want them to know it doesn’t go unnoticed.
