“CJ & Shannon were incredibly attentive and helpful when we desperately needed a new tire a few weeks ago. We called first thing in the morning when they opened, and Shannon quickly checked that they had the tire we needed and invited us to stop by before they got busy. We love their walk-in system, and we were able to get in and out in what felt like just a few minutes. CJ was incredibly professional and fast - since it was easier to not back our trailer into the bay, he manually changed our tire just off to the side of their parking area. The service was beyond anything we could ask for, especially at 7:30 in the morning! He even took some time to teach us what to look for with these tires and when we can expect to change them in the future. “We were stranded in our 2014 Ford F150 on a random Wednesday in October. After a Meridian Ford Dealership told us it would be eight days until they could promise to look at it. We called K&R and they told us they could run the codes the same day. They did, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and by 11am the next day our car was ready to go. “Today I went in to Les Schwab (Meridian-McMillan) for a brake check/estimate and wiper blades. Thomas greeted me and listened as I explained that my brakes were beginning to make noise, needed to be checked, and most like replaced. Approximately 15 minutes later, Thomas said the brakes were fine and didn’t need to be replaced yet. He showed me on his brake measuring tool where my brakes aligned and gave me a detailed explanation as to when they require replacement, which I truly appreciated. Thomas recommended tire rotation as my front tires were wearing out faster than the rear, which was done. I replaced my wipers and after all is said and done, was only charged for the wiper blades. It’s truly comforting to know there are still honest businesses, like Les Schwab, that have integrity and take pride in the service they provide!”
