Good luck getting a human on the phone. Their phone system is horrible for a business. The option about notary services has nothing about the days/times available. There is no option to get a human on the phone. You just have to get in the car and go to the location only to find out the notary is not in the store today. Very poor model

This is my go-to location for Amazon returns and dropping off UPS shipments. I love that they have two kiosk stations where you can do your own Amazon returns with a QR code and also scan in your already labeled UPS drop offs. This helps tremendously during the holiday shipping season - no need to stand in line! I also really appreciate that they open at 8am during the week and are open 7 days a week. Ample parking as well, with plenty of room to pull your car up to the door if you have a lot to unload. Workers have always been friendly with me if I needed help. I won't use any other UPS Store!

From 5 stars to 1 star, this location got worst, always a line. Yall need to get with Amazon and figure out a faster/easier return process. Not sure if its a ups or a Amazon return store ?? Everyone there today were talking about bad it was smh.

Went to two ups stores for Notary services but both said that they couldn't do it since they weren't in.
Why have a service if not stationed to do said thing or give times online so I'm not wasting my time

This is the worse company ! I can not say enough bad things about it! If you want your packed to be lost , not delivered, damaged , no one rings the bell but placed a we didn’t catch you note then use them. No live person to speak to!

This is the third time I’ve had to stop here just to pick up a package that needed a signature and wow. The employee (same person) was horrible to every single person he helped. Rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and before he even had a chance to ask what any customer needed. He was so rude to the elderly woman in front of me that someone else in line spoke up. He just rolled his eyes. It was clear the other younger employees were scared of him. I know everyone has
a bad day, but he’s consistently horrific to people. I’d avoid if I could but unfortunately all my packages with signatures automatically end up here.

The store at Linder and Chinden in Eagle, ID is on my way to pretty much everywhere. It's a busy store but they are always helpful and cheerful and the self-serve kiosk is always available. The store is always clean and seems to be run very efficiently.
Today's experience was exceptional - you have a great employee there who I've never seen before but I hope he gets an "attaboy" for providing great customer service and communication with a polite, friendly demeanor. Jacob Campbell is the guy - please give him my thanks (again). Great employee and represents The UPS Store extremely well.
