This location can be busy, but the employees are so kind and helpful. Jacob Campbell helped me purchase some large boxes and kindly offered to carry them to my car. Wonderful service!

Occasionally the line is long, but they have 2 of the Amazon self service return kiosk maybe that part super easy. Parking is usually tight. But overall my preferred location for Amazon returns.

Great experience love that they have an amazon drop off box that you can do on your own so you don't have to wait in long lines. Also, the store smells so good
