This was best experience I can I say I have ever had with shipping a package! Mike, Jazz and Mario were busting butt! It was super busy the line was almost out the door! I’m very grateful for Mike he helped me pack and ship my item and took great care and attention to detail even under the extreme pressure of how busy the store was. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I want to recognize Jazzy for going above & beyond for me. I go to this location a lot because it’s close to home but they’re all usually really rude & unhelpful so I dread it each time. Jazzy is the first employee there that showed compassion & went out of her way to help me. This store needs more people like her!

I ship daily as a business owner. I keep wanting to use UPS, but this location requires a ridiculous wait time. I am no longer able to drop off my pre-labeled package without waiting in another line for the over-filled kiosk receiving box.Take a lesson from USPS and install a large drop box that requires no scanning.Also, the responses to reviews are so cold and unconvincing. There are so many reviews complaining about the same issues over a decent span of time. Clearly something isn't being fixed.

Mike is amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable. I came in with several different returns after the Christmas holiday and even through my confusion he was patient and handled my stuff efficiently!! Great customer service here :)

Megan please fix your attitude. We were simply trying to pick up a package as she gave us the rudest responses and attitude… completely unnecessary as we were just trying to understand why the package wasn’t there when we had received a note on our door that it would be at this location

The last few times I've been here the staff is absolutely horrible and rude almost to a point that it's humorous. The guy today literally made me giggle at how rude he remained throughout the transaction as i remained happy and smiling. He's obviously very unhappy or just a miserable person... at least he told me to have a good day at the end, even if it was monotone and there was no feeling behind it and I guess in the end I halfway accomplished what I came in to do.

Yesterday I visited your Meridian store to make multiple copies for my business. I want to thank Marissa for handling my copy needs. She was very pleasant and professional. I walked in this UPS store this morning 11/16 to drop off 2 prelabeled paid for small envelopes. There was one customer being taken care of and no one to greet me. I looked around couldn't see anybody so I dropped the envelopes on the counter was on my way out when an employee or the manager came out saying I can't leave my envelopes on the counter I have to wait in line to get them scanned. Then I told him well that's how I've been doing for years at another UPS store and there was never an issue. He said hmm that's the problem with you corporate. You can't do that! And now 3 other employees came out from the back, we're 2 customers and 4 employees and all you can do is lecture me about how I should be a good customer? What about Thank you for your business sir, have a good day.As a business owner who spends over $50,000 per year at UPS I feel like 4 employees doing nothing in the back and telling me how to drop my prepaid packages is a bit out of line, lacking what we call Customer service. I always insist that everything I ship and my partners only use UPS. Yes being corporate means you have businesses that spend a LOT of money on your UPS store / company and No I don't want to wait 30mn in line especially when the store is empty and you're scrolling your phone in the back. I ship tons of packages everyday they are prelabeled all I need is someone who can scan them and be polite apparently it's too much to ask at this UPS store. This store has been nicely redone unfortunately they hired the wrong people to run it.Be grateful you have corporate clients in your store because they're the one spending the big money and all they ask is a Hi a scan and a bye.

Have been going to this location for a long time but today was the last time. The man behind the counter was extremely rude to me. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was. I handed my package to him and asked for a receipt. He scoffed at me with a nasty look on his face and said “What?” So I said it again, he then tells me in a rude voice that it wasn’t packaged right. He doesn’t offer advice on how to fix the issue instead he says in a condescending voice “It doesn’t matter to me so ship it at your own risk”. It’s obvious he hates people and/or his job but I didn’t deserve the attitude I received. I said never mind and walked out. Unacceptable customer service.
