“Went in for an emergency visit for my guinea pig. The staff was the sweetest. The vet was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciate them getting me in on short notice and even more so, appreciate their kindness. I've been on the hunt for a good vet, who I feel cares my pets. I feel as if I found a great vet for the future when any of my other fur babies need to be seen! ?”
“We are new to the area and were looking for a good vet. My goodness did we find one. Our dog is anxious. Dr. Linch was wonderful with our dog. She took the time to let our dog get comfortable. “We were/are greatful for River City Vet, Dr. Sparzo and her techs.. I was a registered animal health technician years ago so I can be very picky. They are very professional and most importantly they listened to our concern. Are little girl is a working cattle dog and can be aggressive. They took their time with her and treated her gently. They were very prompt with results with the lab work. All in all they saved her life. She was VERY sick and made a FULL recovery. I'm impressed to say the least”
“Been going here for 13 years. My problem is not with the doctor but with one of the front office staff. She is rude and acts as if she runs the office. My dog was up all night with itching and discomfort and I called the doctor to see what they could help me out. She said to come in and they would try anal gland therapyI and that maybe he could have had a seizure so I brought him in and they did his anal glands and said he was done. I was assuming I would talk to Dr Mills about the itching and pacing all night but she said she didn’t schedule anything with Dr Mills and sent me home. Needless to say I was up all night with him itching and stressing. This is not the first time she has denied an appointment. I’m thinking of changing vets but would like to speak with Dr Mills first”
“My cat needed significant dental work, and Dr. Grigg and Tatiana (as well as the other techs and staff I interacted with) have been wonderfully knowledgeable and responsive to my concerns, anxiety, and questions around this procedure. Tatiana (a tech) especially has been great in anticipating needs beyond whatever was immediately in front of us, as well as in demonstrating a soothing and empathetic manner towards me and my cat, from recommending pet insurances to giving me helpful suggestions in post care of my cat. Great team and work at a reasonable price!”
“I finally was able to speak to Memorial regarding my boy's cremation. It turns out there was a miscommunication on exactly what was causing the holdup with his return to me.
To be clear, it wasn't the amount of time it took that was my concern. They can take as much time as they need to make sure my pet's final forever with me is perfect and correct.
It was partly my fault because I wasn't willing to leave a message due to feeling like I would have been screened and left unanswered. After finally speaking to Ms. Angie, I do believe they would have taken my concerns seriously and gotten back to me.
I'm very glad that it is definitely my sweet little man's (rat) prints and ashes. They don't mess around here. They get you taken care of with empathy, even if it takes longer than expected, which I am very glad for. And also so glad they were able to answer my questions and quell my concerns!”

“Took my GSD here to be spayed and they took great care of my girl. She's got some anxiety issues, which they recognized and adjusted to immediately. Prices were much more reasonable than what my own vet was going to charge.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the drop off process is a little cumbersome.
First, you stand in line to get your intake form and are given a number. Once all intake forms are handed out, you wait in your car until you see your number in the window and then you take your pet in.
I actually appreciate that part bc most pets are already nervous enough, BUT, it was raining while we were waiting for our intake forms/numbers so that wasn't fun and, if the parking lot is full (which it was) and you're parked further away, you won't necessarily see the numbers in the window. I had to move my car a couple times before I was able to see and noticed several others had to do the same thing.
Again, they did a great job and the process overall is fine, just a little soggy for us, and I would recommend & use them again.”
“My parents were out of town for 2 weeks and I was left to take care of both dogs! They were both extremely sick and Josh was incredibly helpful and amazing! He called me back, helped me understand what I needed to give them and was very understanding when I was stressed. Sofia and Dr. Garber were also very supportive and kept in contact with me. I don’t know what I would have done without their help I couldn’t have done it without them! They all deserve a raise for their dedication and hard work especially Josh! Roz was also incredibly friendly while I was worried and while I waited! ?”

“Well after my local vet nearly killed my dog. They just gave me some insulin and said have a nice day and she was near death I took her to All Valley Animal Hospital and after a 48-hour stay they brought her back wonderful people very informative I would suggest them to anyone who has serious critical care or just for veterinary check-ups I might live a long ways away but that's where I'm going from now on”
